Julia Curry

Hey There!

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. My name is Julia Curry and I am a REALTOR® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices licensed in Pennsylvania.  I received my license in 2019 and specialize in both residential and commercial real estate in the greater Philadelphia areas. I am affiliated with the National Association of REALTORS® and Reading-Berks Association of Realtors.

As well as working as a full-time REALTOR®, I am also CFO for Genard Associates, Ltd., a commercial construction company located in Limerick, PA. As my family's-owned company, Genard Associates has provided me with a vast knowledge of the ins and outs of construction (both residential and commercial).  The experiences I've had and skills I learned carry over by helping me to build knowledge of the building industry and a large network of builders, contractors, and tradesmen to assist in any client need. Growing up in the construction industry has provided me with experiences that not all other agents possess. 

As your real estate representative, I will dedicate my time and energy to your sale, so you will not need to worry about the details. 

My family and friends describe me as a fixer, hardworking, helpful, determined, and motivated to succeed. Making a difference in the community is important to me. I am currently the President of the Berks Chapter of Art Goes to School. Also, each year I work with Wreaths Across America as a volunteer at Arlington and Fort Indiantown Gap. 

When I am not selling real estate, I like to spend time with family and friends, travel to new places, and explore the local community.
